GCADA CHOOSES WORKSTAR HEALTH SERVICES, INC. AS PREFERRED MCO PROVIDER FOR WORKERS’ COMPENSATION CLAIMS
(JUNE 30, 2012 – JUNE 30, 2014)
WORKERS’ COMPENSATION OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR MCO SELECTION
The Ohio BWC open enrollment period for MCO selection runs through May 25, 2012. Your Dealership will more than likely receive numerous solicitations from various MCO vendors. If you have already had the opportunity to select WorkStar Health Services, Inc. as your MCO provider, you do not need to do anything. If you would like to take advantage of the open enrollment period and switch to WorkStar, please follow the link below to see the reasons why the GCADA has selected WorkStar as the preferred MCO provider for our members and complete the MCO selection form. You may fax the completed form to either WorkStar at 800-256-9540 or GCADA at 440-922-0099.
