Live Your Automotive Dream At Millionaire’s Row
Cleveland, OH (February 21, 2017) – For the fifth straight year, vehicles worth six and seven figures are headed to the Cleveland Auto Show, thanks to the Bernie Moreno Companies. Offering show attendees the chance to see vehicles from Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, McLaren, Porsche and others up close, Millionaire’s Row has become one of the family favorite attractions of the Cleveland Auto Show. The vehicles expected to be on display this year are collectively worth more than $5 million.
“The Vulcan, is of course my favorite,” says Bernie Moreno, who heads up an organization that includes Cleveland Motorsports, a dealership that offers the Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin and Maserati brands. “It’s one of only 24 in the world and one of only two in the U.S.”
The Aston Martin Vulcan is also the most expensive vehicle ever displayed at the Cleveland Auto Show, with an estimated worth of $3.4 million. But you’ll never see it on the road. The Vulcan is a track only Hypercar that is easily Aston Martin’s most intense and exhilarating. There’s a 7.0-liter V12 monster under the hood that puts out more than 800 horses. On the track, it hits a top speed of 205 miles per hour.
But it’s not the only Aston Martin in the display, since the brand newest sports car, the DB11 is also expected to take a bow at the Show.
The first product launched under the company’s ‘Second Century’ plan, The DB11 showcases a fresh and distinctive design language, pioneering aerodynamics and is powered by a potent new in-house designed 5.2-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine. Built upon a new lighter, stronger, and more space efficient bonded aluminum structure, DB11 is the most powerful, most efficient and most dynamically gifted DB model in Aston Martin’s history.
If you’re built more for luxury and not speed, the Rolls-Royce Wraith Black Badge Edition expected in the display is right up your alley. But it’s also a Rolls with an attitude.
The Black Badge edition is a lifestyle statement from the prestigious British automaker, designed to appeal to a younger or young at heart buyer, someone who steps outside of convention. Already the most powerful Rolls-Royce in the World with 623 horses under the hood, the Rolls-Royce Wraith still has the iconic lines that make it a classic in every sense of the word.
You know it’s a pretty exclusive display when a McLaren 570S takes fourth billing. The McLaren 570S is one of the most decorated vehicles on the planet, recently taking home Motor Trend’s Best Driver’s Car for 2016. The 570S is the most driver’s focused of all the vehicles in McLaren’s new Sports Series. It’s lightweight, thanks to a carbon fiber chassis, but has a 3.8-liter twin turbo V8, giving it one of the best power to weight ratios in the world.
The new Porsche Macan GTS rounds out the Millionaire’s Row lineup. It’s perhaps the most attainable vehicle in the display, with stickers that start just north of $67,200. This all-wheel drive with a hatch offers you the performance of a Porsche with the functionality of a small crossover. With a 360 horsepower under the hood, it rockets from zero to 60 miles per hour in just five seconds.
“Most of the brands you see in Millionaire’s Row don’t participate in a lot of auto shows,” says Dan Ricci, general manager of Cleveland Motorsports. “You might see them in Paris or Geneva, and to a lesser extent in shows like New York or Los Angeles, but that’s about it.
“By offering the brands that we do, and by having relationships with other dealers across the country, we are able to show vehicles that people in Cleveland wouldn’t ordinarily see. We’re very proud to be able to bring these vehicles to the Cleveland Auto Show in Millionaire’s Row.”
