Health Care Reform Update
As you may be aware there are a number of provisions and corresponding compliance dates required under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) of 2010 and the Health Care and Education Tax Credit Reconciliation Act of 2010. Please Click Here to access a timeline of the effective dates of the major provisions of the new health care regulations provided by Millisor and Nobil, LPA. It is important to note that many of these reforms and their effective dates are subject to both state and federal rules and regulations, which could alter the intended timing of implementation.
