Over the past several weeks, your Association has received a large volume of medical claim forms from EBC, our dental insurance provider. Upon investigation, we have discovered that some employees and/or their families have been using their new EBC dental card instead of their Medical Mutual insurance card for medical services. While this is an easy mistake, please take this opportunity to remind your employees of the importance of using the correct insurance card when seeking medical and dental services.
