GCADA Group Health Plan - Nurse Line and On-Demand Virtual Visits
Any member covered on the GCADA Group Health Plan can call Medical Mutual’s Nurse Line at 1-888-912-0636 with questions and concerns regarding illness symptoms. Medical Mutual’s Nurse Line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A registered nurse will answer questions and guide care. The Nurse Line phone number is printed on the back of the Medical Mutual identification card.
Members of the Medical Mutual SuperMed PPO Network have access to Cleveland Clinic’s Express Care Online for on-demand virtual visits. Cleveland Clinic Express Care Online is a secure service that offers 24/7 care with no appointment needed. Click Here for additional information on Cleveland Clinic Express Care Online. Cleveland Clinic Express Care Online is the only on-demand virtual visit service covered on the SuperMed PPO Network. On-demand virtual visits are a subset of telemedicine that typically includes 24/7 access to licensed healthcare professionals with whom the patients do not have an established relationship. Please note that the Cleveland Clinic Express Care Online on-demand virtual visit service is not covered on the CLE-Care or MedFlex HMO plans.
