GCADA Group Health Premium invoices will now be received by the dealership by the first of the month, rather than mailed the tenth of the month. Contributions are due within ten days after receipt of the invoice, but in no event more than thirty days after receipt of the invoice. If contributions are not paid within forty five days of the receipt of the invoice, GCADA will deem the account delinquent and cease payment of claims.

It is important that all participant changes, terminations, and enrollments for a particular month be in by the end of the previous month so they can be reflected accurately on your monthly invoice.
