Effective March 21, 2008 Medical Mutual members began to receive a new Explanation of Benefits (EOB) form. The new EOB has been redesigned in a more reader-friendly format to help members understand claims details. The new EOB also makes it easier to find the total benefits paid by the Fund and the member’s total payment responsibility. 
 
To notify members of the new EOB form, an alert stuffer will be included in all Explanation of Benefits from the time the new form begins to run until the end of second quarter 2008.
