Cleveland Auto Show welcomes back
Autotrader as Presenting Sponsor

November 23, 2016 – The 2017 Cleveland Auto Show will open its doors at the I-X Center on Friday, February 24 at 5 p.m. with Autotrader as its Presenting Sponsor. The show will run through Sunday, March 5.

“We are happy to welcome back Autotrader as our Presenting Sponsor for the 2017 Cleveland Auto Show,” says Ken Ganley, president of the Ganley Auto Group and chairman of the Cleveland Auto Show. “The Show is always a great place to learn about all the new vehicles currently on the market. It’s also a great place to learn about all the new technological content on today’s vehicles, including new connectivity and driver’s assistance features.”

With more than 1,000 concepts, pre-production vehicles and new vehicles on display, the Cleveland Auto Show marks the start of the automotive spring selling season in Northern Ohio. Held annually at the I-X Center, the Cleveland Auto Show is considered one of the top five auto shows in the nation and is rated as one of the strongest in the nation in terms of its impact on the regional market.

Looking for a great holiday gift for the auto aficionado in your life? Tickets are available online right now at clevelandautoshow.com with no convenience fee courtesy of Huntington Bank. Tickets cost $13 for adults and $11 for preteens and seniors. Children six and under get in free. Parking at the Cleveland Auto Show is always free courtesy of your franchised new motor vehicle dealers.

Also, making a return to the show this year is the Classic Car Competition. The Cleveland Auto Show currently is looking for pristine cars that are 25 years old and older to be showcased for the duration of the show. Exhibit space is free, but is limited, so you need to act fast. There is no fee to enter, nor is there a fee to park your trailer during the Show. All participants get 2017 Cleveland Auto Show credentials and a commemorative dash plaque. If you’re interested, contact Karen Ford and submit photos of your Classic Car at kford@gcada.org.

Throughout the Cleveland Auto Show’s nine-and-a-half-day run, there will also be plenty of family fun and entertainment with celebrity appearances that include the Cleveland Browns, Cavs and more. Each day of the Show, attendees also will also be able to enter to win the Official Vehicle Giveaway Vehicle. Specifics on this year’s Official Giveaway Vehicle Contest will be released at a later date.

“The Cleveland Auto Show is a must, if you’re in the market for a new vehicle,” adds Ganley. “It’s also a great place to take the whole family for a day or evening of fun and entertainment.”

Show hours are Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Opening Friday night runs from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. For more information on the Cleveland Auto Show, or to purchase tickets online with no convenience fee courtesy of Huntington Bank, head to www.clevelandautoshow.com, and click on “Buy Tickets.”
