HR Update: Updated Employment Application

GCADA recently made minor updates to its employment application. The changes include expanding the protected classes and the updating of language on the final signature page of the application.  If you are interested in obtaining printed copies of the application please contact your Association or dealers can click HERE to download and print the revised application.

Labor Posters Addendums: Coming Soon

As a reminder, earlier this fall the Ohio Department of Commerce announced that on January 1, 2026 the minimum wage in Ohio will increase from $10.70 per hour to $11.00 per hour.  A copy of the 2026 poster is available HERE. The $11.00 rate will apply to workers 16 and older who do not receive tips.  Ohio minimum wage remains higher than the current federal minimum wage.  Accordingly, Ohio’s minimum wage is still controlling.  GCADA will begin mailing addendum stickers to append to your all-in one employment posters sometime in December.
