HR Audit Available Exclusively to Dealer HR Services Program Members: The heart of GCADA's Dealer HR Services Program is the compliance Audit. The audit will be used as a tool and should provide answers to several important questions regarding the application of your dealership's policies. The review's goals are to determine whether your policies are being applied consistently, and whether these policies are consistently communicated to all employees. Most lawsuits can be traced to four distinct stages of the employment relationship: hiring, employee evaluation, employee discipline and/or termination, and post employment. The audit will concentrate in these areas. We will also look at Federal and State regulations.
