Dealer HR Services is GCADA’s human resource management program. While the function of the HR administrator is one of the most critical within a dealership, unfortunately many dealers do not have the luxury of having a full-time employee in that role. Providing proactive administrative assistance, we help build personnel operations, increase efficiency and profitability, maintaining an emphasis on regulatory compliance.
HR inefficiency can be responsible for significant out-of-pocket expenses, including legal fees caused by wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination and privacy issues, just to name a few. HR COMPLIANCE AUDITS
Dealer HR Services Program’s compliance audit will determine whether your dealership’s policies are being applied consistently, and whether these policies are appropriately communicated to all employees. In addition to federal and state regulations, the audit will concentrate on the four areas where most lawsuits can be traced back to: hiring, employee evaluation, employee discipline and/or termination, and post-employment.
